Cadnant Planning uses its experience and expertise to achieve first time success for a very high proportion of clients using us to obtain planning permission for their development. However, some clients contact us following a refusal of planning permission and we are often able to manage the appeals process to obtain the permission they need.

We prepare and submit planning appeals presenting a carefully thought-through case supported by evidence in order to ensure the best possible chance of success.

Many appeals follow from applications being refused unreasonably, and, in such cases Cadnant have a successful record of not only winning consent on appeal but also recovering the costs of the appeal process. Our team includes planning and heritage professionals who can act as Expert Witnesses.
